Specialist knowledge for your benefit!
As part of the analysis process, we build-up a deep knowledge
of your company, goal, strategy, organization, sales, sales
process, challenges, strengths, weaknesses and market situation.
We and our customers benefit from our knowledge of sales,
sales management and general management. Typically consulting
concerning optimization of sales, sales management and the
company is a part of the recruitment process. We assist
in developing the job description and defining the right
profile, who will succeed in the job and ensure fulfilment
of the company goals and vision.
Commencement!
We proceed with the search process – often adapted to the
customer’s wishes. Typically we advertise the position and
research the market to find suitable candidates. We look
for candidates the matches the type of organization, sales
process, culture, company lifecycle-position, challenges,
goals etc. Often candidates are found at competing companies
or at companies, working with the same type of sales and
sales process. We search for the profile the company wants
to recruit. We often experience successful recruitments,
when the candidate comes from companies of the same size
or companies who recently have undergone the same development
process, that the hiring company wants to go through. We
also suggest, that candidates must have experience with
the same line of business, type of sales and sales processes.

Interviews and analysis!
We conduct interviews, where we assess the candidate’s track
record, education level, experience (especially sales – and
general management experience), knowledge, competences, work-
and management style, personality, behaviour, career ambitions,
motivation for the job and compensation level. We uncover experience,
attitude, knowledge and competences, that the customer views
essential in the job.
We drill deeply in the candidate’s sales and management experience,
so we get a complete assessment of the candidate’s knowledge,
competences and management style. We use personal analyses
(Extended DISC and Masters Sales Analysis).

Time?
Normally we present 3 – 5 candidates within 4 - 6 weeks. Afterwards
we call references - on those candidates the customer wishes
to proceed with. It is essential to call references to get
former managers and employees evaluation of the candidate’s
results, competences, leadership, management skills and personality.
When we follow this recruitment
process, then we increase the certainty of employing the right
candidate for the job!
